Due to the nature of our business and how it was affected by the shutdowns we have been in the process of re-establishing and updating our systems in this even more digital era. We want to continue to provide the healthy services we’ve offered in the past but also needed to be sure we were setup with all the new tools and automations technology now has to offer in order to create ease to the planning and book phases. For instance you no longer will have to wait long for our office to get you a quote. And we can offer Zoom or Google meeting video consultations remotely.

If you have not heard from us yet, please note, we have been taking the time to reach out to all those who requested services during and after the pandemic years. We believe customer service is the cornerstone of the popup event experiences we offer. You will hear from us soon. We want you all, seasoned clients and new inquires, to know that if you need a Healthy Juice, Smoothie or Kombucha Popup Bar in the future we are back and better than ever!

If you have received a quote in the past please note rates have gone up due to inflation. Thus, we would have to issue new quotes for future dates. We know some seasoned repeat clients may be unhappy but the economy’s shifts affect us all and we will remain committed to providing fair living wages to our staff and contractors.

• Our basic bars include 3 recipes that can be:
  • Cold Pressed Juices

  • Kombucha Sodas
  • Acai / Smoothie Bowls
  • *New* custom blended Herbal Iced Teas
• Quote rate is inclusive of the entire base setup, delivery and staff.
  • We do not offer per person rates.
  • Branded add-ons are listed separately
• The base popup package serves 500 guests.
  • More guests can be quoted for.
  • We can server up to 5,000 people.
• It is best to book 6 Months  before your event date especially when requesting custom branding.
  • We will no longer provide rush services less than 3 month to ensure a great customer experience.
• Custom branded glasses, utensils, bar wrap, decor, etc and 10′ x 10′ seating lounges are now available.

Getting Started with a Quote

Once you complete the Quote or Book Now form. We’ll send you an email with a PDF quote for you PO (purchase order), and manager approval along with a link to your estimate for seamless approval and payment. Payment-in-full locks in your event date and time. You will hear back from our office manager via email, text or call for human confirmation and to gather:
