Our Service

Our unique pop-up services are offered as a full service engaging experience. We accept bookings 12 weeks in advance of your event date.  We professionally customize the pop-up display with custom requests such as branded glassware, napkins or menus. We provide all setup needs unless the venue is equipped and willing to share. Our expert on site manager is accompanied by brand uniformed bartenders who serve guests through out the event or replenish buffet setups.

Our Package

Standard event service times include up to four (4) hours and the schedule may be extended up to 12 hours or over multiple days for workshops, conferences, seminars or brand activations and festivals. Our bar menus options are grouped by type such as juice, smoothie, kombucha, beer or cocktails. Each menu contains three recipes for guests to choose from and we offer the option to customize drinks names that are meaningful to the event.
*Additional recipes are considered add-ons.

Our Process

Having all the information we need about your unique event, our corporate coordinator will provide an official base line quote. From there we can move forward with the booking process or you may elect to start with a planning consultation where we work one on one to customize the theme and menu. Our consultations start with 30% down which count toward your final booking rate and include two 1 hour sessions for planning, feedback follow up and final review

Dedicated Support

Keeping with your budget is important. We can talk about a lot of things you might want to see but don’t match your budget. The opposite might be true too, we don’t want to short change the guest experience when we can customize to your brand or client needs creating a much more successful pop-up experience. Trust us guests have gone wild during our activations. It is important to know your capabilities and goal. Do you want the takeaways to be memorable or tangible?

Our Rates

We work with clients who have a dedicated budget allocated for a pop-up bar experience. We offer a basic setup which includes a minimum of one hundred portions with our House of Juice branded utensils. Our minimum packages are recommended for a minimum of one hundred guests and allowing guests to indulge. Our pop-up experiences are an installation suitable for events where the type of refreshments or the health of the event is the main attraction.
